The Fulton House is a very old and important stone building in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. It was built around 1793 and first served as a busy inn and hotel called The Union Hotel. Many important people, including governors and four United States presidents, stayed here!
Today, the Fulton House is a special landmark. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. This means it's recognized as a place with great historical value. What is the Fulton House?
The Fulton House is a historic building located on Lincoln Way East in McConnellsburg. It was built in 1793. The building shows a style called Georgian, which was popular for grand buildings back then. It was originally known as The Union Hotel.
