Fuson, Missouri facts for kids
Fuson is a small, quiet place in Wright County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. It's called an "unincorporated community," which means it's not officially a town or city with its own local government. You can find Fuson on Missouri Route Z, about five miles north of a bigger town called Hartville.
The Story of Fuson
Fuson has an interesting past! A long time ago, in 1888, a post office opened there. This was a really important place for people to send and receive letters and packages. The post office stayed open for many years, until 1923.
The community of Fuson was named after a special person: T. B. Fuson. He was a country doctor, which means he helped people who lived in the rural areas around Fuson stay healthy.
