Fátima Diame Diame is a Spanish athlete born on September 22, 1996. She is known for her skills in the long jump and triple jump. When she was just 17, Fátima became the Spanish champion in both the long jump and the 60-meter race indoors! She even competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics and won a bronze medal in the long jump at the 2024 World Indoor Championships.

Fátima's Athletics Journey
Fátima trained at the Valencia Esports Academy. She started her professional career in 2013 at the World Youth Championships.
Early Success
In 2015, Fátima earned a bronze medal in the long jump. This was at the European Junior Championships held in Sweden. Later, in 2018, she won a gold medal at the Mediterranean U23 Championships in Italy. She jumped an amazing 13.82 meters! That same year, she won two more bronze medals. One was at the Mediterranean Games in Spain, and the other was at the Ibero-American Championships in Peru.
Olympic Dream and World Medals
A big moment for Fátima was in 2021. She represented Spain at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. She finished in 21st place, which is a great achievement! In 2022, Fátima won another gold medal at the Spanish Indoor Championships. Her most recent success came in 2024. She won a bronze medal in the long jump at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow.
