About Gü Desserts
How Gü Started
Gü began in 2003. They first launched with three tasty treats. These included two chocolate mousses and a chocolate soufflé. These desserts came in small glass dishes called ramekins. The company worked with a special pastry company in London to create them.
In 2005, Gü tried something new. They launched a brand called Frü, which made fruity puddings. But in 2010, they decided to bring Frü back under the main Gü brand. Gü grew quickly, launching 24 new products in 2007 alone!
Gü Joins Noble Foods
In 2010, the company's founder, James Averdieck, sold Gü. It was bought by a larger company called Noble Foods. This sale helped Gü continue to grow and reach even more people.
What Desserts Does Gü Make?
Gü makes many different kinds of desserts. Some come in individual ramekins, perfect for one person. They also make larger desserts for sharing. You can find mini puddings and light mousses too.
Their desserts come in many styles and flavors. You might find creamy cheesecakes, rich puddings, or fancy tortes. There are lots of chocolate options, but also other exciting flavors to try!
Awards and Recognition
Gü has been recognized for its great design. The company received a special Design Week Award. This shows that people appreciate not just how their desserts taste, but also how they look!
