Gabriela Maria Windey (born January 2, 1991) is an American TV star. She became well-known after appearing on the TV show The Bachelor (season 26). Later, she was one of the main stars of The Bachelorette (season 19) with Rachel Recchia.

Early Life and School
Gabby Windey was born on January 2, 1991, in O'Fallon, Illinois. Her parents are Rosemary Hewitt and Patrick Windey. She has an older sister named Jazz. Gabby is part Mexican and also has some Apache family history.
She went to O'Fallon Township High School. There, she worked as the sports editor for the school newspaper. In 2008, she won the "Miss O'Fallon" title. After high school, Gabby studied at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She graduated in 2013 and then moved to Denver, Colorado.
Gabby's Career
Before becoming a TV star, Gabby Windey worked as an ICU nurse. She helped many patients at the University of Colorado Hospital.
Gabby was also a cheerleader for the Denver Broncos football team for five years.
In 2021, she received a special award called the Pop Warner Humanitarian Award. She won this award for her amazing work helping people during the pandemic. She was the first woman and NFL cheerleader to ever get this award.

The Bachelor
In September 2021, Gabby Windey joined the cast of The Bachelor. This was season 26 of the show, and the main star was Clayton Echard. Gabby made it to the very end of the show. She was one of the two finalists, along with Rachel Recchia.
The Bachelorette
After The Bachelor ended, Gabby got a big surprise! During a live TV special, it was announced that she would be one of the stars of The Bachelorette. She shared the role with Rachel Recchia. This was the first time in the show's history that there were two main stars for a whole season.
Dancing with the Stars
On September 8, 2022, Gabby joined another popular TV show, Dancing with the Stars. She was a contestant on season 31. Her dance partner was Val Chmerkovskiy. They danced very well together and finished in second place.
During the show's finale, Gabby was also announced as a co-host for the "Dancing with the Stars Live 2023" tour. She traveled to all the tour stops.
The Traitors
On June 5, 2024, it was shared that Gabby Windey would be on the third season of The Traitors. This is another reality TV show where contestants try to figure out who among them are "traitors."
Personal Life
Gabby Windey has shared parts of her personal life with the public. When she was in college, she dated Dean Unglert, who was also on some Bachelor TV shows.
In May 2022, Gabby got engaged to Erich Schwer. She chose him as the winner on her season of The Bachelorette. However, they later broke up in November 2022.
In August 2023, Gabby shared that she was dating a woman. She announced her relationship with comedian and TV writer Robby Hoffman on Instagram.
