A Look Back in Time
Galla Rock has a long history. In the late 1700s and early 1800s, it was a very busy and important place. It was a thriving city, full of life and activity.
However, over time, things changed. Today, Galla Rock is much quieter. An information plaque at the Galla Rock cemetery describes it as a “city of the dead.” This means it's no longer a bustling place, but rather a historic site where you can learn about the past.
