As of the census of 2000, there were 198 people, 76 households, and 52 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,422.9 people per square mile (546.1/km²). There were 81 housing units at an average density of 582.1 per square mile (223.4/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.48% White, and 1.52% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.53% of the population.
There were 76 households out of which 40.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.4% were married couples living together, 13.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.3% were non-families. 27.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
