Early Life and First Roles

Gastón Soffritti's first acting job was in a TV show called Yago, pasión Morena. He was only 9 years old at the time. He was chosen from 1,500 other children who wanted the role! He played the cousin of the main character. Because he was so busy acting, Gastón went to five different schools to get his education.

Becoming a Teen Star

Gastón became very famous as the main male actor in the teen drama Patito Feo. This TV show was very popular and ran for two seasons.

Trying New Roles

After being known for teen dramas, Gastón wanted to try different types of acting. He worked in a show called Graduados. He got the offer while working on another small project. To prepare for his role, he talked with many of the other actors. His character connected two families in the story. He really liked working with Nancy Dupláa, who played his mom in the show.

In 2013, Gastón joined the cast of Vecinos en guerra. This TV show was made by Underground. He worked with actors like Mike Amigorena and Mónica Antonopulos. His character in this show was a young thief. This was very different from his role in Graduados.
