Gaya College of Engineering is a public engineering college located in Gaya, Bihar, India. It is a place where students can learn about different types of engineering.
This college is run by the Department of Science and Technology in Bihar. It is connected to Bihar Engineering University, Patna and approved by AICTE and the Ministry of Education.
The college was first known as 'Magadh Engineering College (MEC)' from 1958 to 1994. It reopened as 'Gaya College of Engineering (GCE)' in 2008. The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, officially opened it on November 19, 2008.

The college first opened its doors in 1958 as Magadh Engineering College. It operated under this name until 1994.
After some time, it was brought back to life and reopened. On November 19, 2008, it was officially started again as Gaya College of Engineering.
Exploring the Campus
The college campus is located in the Shrikrishnanagar area, just outside Gaya city. It is about 15 kilometers from the main town.
The campus covers a large area of 87 acres. It has two main buildings for classes and a workshop area. The campus is very green and peaceful.
There is also a canteen on campus where students can eat. A branch of Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank is also available to help students with their banking needs.

Gaya College of Engineering offers different engineering courses for students. These courses help students earn a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.
Bachelor of Technology Courses
