Gaza is a province in the country of Mozambique. Mozambique is located in southeastern Africa. The capital city of Gaza province is Xai-Xai. The province was officially created on October 20, 1954.
Most of Gaza province is located in the area around the Limpopo River. This river flows into the Indian Ocean near the city of Xai-Xai. The Changane River forms part of the eastern border of the province. The Save River forms the northern border.
Gaza province is also home to two large national parks. These are Limpopo National Park and Banhine National Park. These parks help protect the wildlife and natural environment of the area.
