George Kobayashi (小林 ジョージ, Kobayashi George, born November 29, 1947) is a former Japanese footballer. He was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He played as a midfielder, a player who helps both attack and defend on the field. George Kobayashi also played for the Japan national team.

George Kobayashi was born in Brazil on November 29, 1947. He later moved to Japan. In 1971, he joined a football club called Yanmar Diesel. This club was very successful during his time there.
