Gerardo Daniel Torres Montante (born July 15, 1994) better known by his stage name Gera MX and also as "El Cachorro 444" (444 is the postal code of the city where he was born) is a mexican rapper born in San Luis Potosi, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
"Gera" comes out of the first four letters of his first name, before using "MX" as in "Mexico", he used to be known as "Gera MXM" representing the most popular mexican label back in that time "Mexamafia" where the co-founder of this label "Tankeone" was his godfather in terms of musical and rap inspiration. After problems between his ex-manager and Tankeone he decides to leave the label and changes his name as how we know him today.
Musical career
In 2013 he released his 1st album "Precipicio" which makes him gain popularity in Mexico. Gera became more famous since 2016 by having romantic rap and trap songs.
