Gertrude Weaver lived to be 116 years old. She passed away in April 2015. She was living at the Silver Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center in Camden, Arkansas.
She died from a sickness called pneumonia. At the time of her death, she was one of the oldest people ever recorded. She was also the third oldest person from the United States.
