Glen has an interesting history when it comes to its name! It began way back in 1878. The area was first called Willis Station. This name honored Ozias Willis, who was the very first person to run the post office there.
Over time, the name was made shorter to just Willis. Later, it changed again to Reichle. Finally, around 1950, the community officially became known as Glen.
