Goascorán is a municipality located in the country of Honduras. It is part of the Valle Department. This area is like a local government district.
In 2015, about 14,398 people lived in Goascorán. The municipality covers an area of 201 square kilometers. It is located at 13°35′N 87°37′W / 13.583°N 87.617°W.
