Gourmet is a popular supermarket chain found in Hong Kong. It is owned by a big company called AS Watson. AS Watson is part of an even larger group, Hutchison Whampoa Limited.
Gourmet supermarkets mainly serve families who are considered middle-class. The types of products they sell are similar to those you might find in other well-known supermarkets like ParknShop and Taste.
You can find Gourmet stores in a few places today. There is one in the basement of Lee Tung Avenue. Another store is located at 88 Caine Road. There is also a branch inside Lab Concept in Admiralty. In the past, Gourmet had stores in other locations too. A branch was open in the Leighton Centre from 2012 until 2018. Another store was in Lee Gardens from 2005 until February 2011.
