Gourmet is a special supermarket chain located in Hong Kong. It's owned by a large company called AS Watson, which is part of an even bigger group, Hutchison Whampoa Limited. Gourmet stores are designed to serve families, especially those in the middle-class.
You can find many of the same types of products at Gourmet as you would at other popular supermarkets like ParknShop and Taste.
Where to Find Gourmet Stores
Gourmet supermarkets are located in several places across Hong Kong. You can find them in the basement of Lee Tung Avenue, at 88 Caine Road, and inside Lab Concept in Admiralty.
In the past, there was a Gourmet branch in the Leighton Centre. This store was open from January 2012 until 2018. Another store was located in Lee Gardens from 2005 until February 28, 2011.
