Kids Encyclopedia Facts

Goy is a word used in the Jewish Bible for “Nation”. In the Roman times, it also began to mean “non-Jew”. It is used for referring to non-Jewish groups of people. If it is used for multiple groups or nations, the plural word Goyim is used instead.
