Grace Natalie Louisa, born on July 4, 1982, is an Indonesian politician. She used to be a television news reporter and journalist. Grace helped start the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) in 2014 and led it until 2021.

Grace Natalie's Early Life and Education
Grace Natalie finished high school in Jakarta. She studied accounting at the Institute of Business and Informatics Indonesia. During her studies, she also worked as a teaching assistant. She was also a Sunday school teacher at her church.
How Grace Natalie Started in Journalism
Grace first got interested in journalism through a competition. The SCTV television network held a contest called SCTV Goes to Campus. This competition looked for university graduates to train as journalists. Grace won the competition in Jakarta. She then became one of the top five contestants in the whole country.
Grace Natalie's Career in Television News
After finishing her studies, Grace joined SCTV. She became a presenter for their main news show, Liputan 6. In her first years as a TV journalist, she reported on many different topics. These included crime, politics, and business news.
Challenges of Being a TV Journalist
Grace found it challenging to get used to the fast-paced world of television. The working hours were often unpredictable. However, this did not stop her. She slowly grew to love journalism. After three years, she moved to ANTV and then to tvOne.

In June 2012, Grace left tvOne. She became the chief executive officer of a company called Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting. She said she wanted to try something new.
Starting a New Political Party
In 2014, Grace decided to enter politics. She became the chairwoman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI). This new political party took part in Indonesia's 2019 general election.
Election Results and Future Plans
After the election, early results showed that PSI did not get enough votes. This meant they would not join the People's Representative Council. Grace released a statement accepting the results. She promised that PSI would continue to support the president at that time, Joko Widodo. Even though PSI did not win a seat, Grace herself received many votes. She got 179,949 votes in her area, which was the highest there.
