Phillip Anthony Bernard (born on August 22, 1982), known by his stage name Grafh, is an American rapper and songwriter. He comes from South Jamaica, Queens, New York. Grafh is known for his East Coast hip hop style.

Grafh started his music career in the early 2000s. His first studio album, Autografh, came out in 2007. It was released through big record companies like EMI and Virgin. After this, he decided to leave those labels.

Many famous artists have shown support for Grafh's music. These include Drake, Trinidad James, and Raekwon. Even actor Shia LaBeouf has praised Grafh in a TV interview. In 2014, Grafh released a mixtape called New York Dxpe. He also worked with singer Melissa B. on songs like "Creep" and "The Greatest" in 2016.
