Grand Valley is a small, unincorporated community located in Tallmadge Charter Township in the state of Michigan, United States. An "unincorporated community" means it's a group of homes and businesses that doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it's part of a larger township.
Grand Valley is situated near the Grand River, a major waterway in Michigan. It's also found along M-45, a state highway. The area is known for its wide valley, which is about a mile (1.4 km) across. This valley has steep hills, called bluffs, on the western and southern sides of the river.
