Grevillea bracteosa , also known as the bracted grevillea or the grey spider flower, is a shrub which is endemic to Western Australia.

The non-lignotuberous shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 2 metres (2 to 7 ft) and has an open habit. It has grey-green narrow leaves to a length of 8 centimetres (3 in) and produces clustered pink to grey or rarely white flowers from April to August.

The flowers grow at the end to the stems and are protected by bracts until they open. It produces smooth obovoid fruit that are 12 to 20 millimetres (0.47 to 0.79 in) long.

It will grow in gravelly clay and gravelly sand soils among medium trees or in heathland. Endemic to Western Australia it is found in the Mid West and Wheatbelt regions.

There are two known subspecies:

  • Grevillea bracteosa subsp. bracteosa
  • Grevillea bracteosa subsp. howatharra
