Grythyttan is a small town located in Hällefors Municipality, Örebro County, Sweden. In 2010, about 891 people lived here. This charming place is nestled between two beautiful lakes, Torrvarpen and Sör-Älgen.

Famous Places in Grythyttan
One of the most famous places is the Grythyttan Gästgivargård. This is a very old and well-known restaurant. It became super popular in the late 1970s thanks to its owner, Carl Jan Granqvist. Even the famous pop group ABBA visited it in the 1980s!
Grythyttan is also home to a special school. It's called the Grythyttan School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts & Meal Science. This school is part of Örebro University. Here, students learn how to become amazing chefs and manage restaurants.

If you love books, you might enjoy the Cookbook museum in Grythyttan. It's a unique place that collects and displays cookbooks from different times.
