Gulf Harbour

Gulf Harbour is a cool suburb located near the end of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula in Auckland, New Zealand. It's about 4 km from the very tip of the peninsula and 7 km from Whangaparaoa Town Centre.

It's famous for having one of New Zealand's biggest marinas, where lots of boats are kept. Until recently, it also had a really well-known golf course. People used to see Gulf Harbour as a fancy place for wealthy people to relax.

The area is sometimes called Hobbs Bay, named after the Hobbs family who owned the land a long time ago. They still own some of the beautiful coastal parts, including Hobbs Bay beach. You can even catch a ferry from Gulf Harbour to get to downtown Auckland, which is a fun way to travel!
