Gulmarrad is a small community in northern New South Wales, Australia. It's very close to the town of Maclean. People here enjoy living on larger blocks of land, often called 'acreage living.' The main road, Brooms Head Road, goes right through the middle of Gulmarrad.
Gulmarrad is part of the Clarence Valley local government area. In 2021, about 1,950 people lived in Gulmarrad. There is also a meeting place for a religious group in the area.
You won't find many shops in Gulmarrad itself. The closest small shop, a bottle shop, and a petrol station are in nearby Townsend. For more shops and the local Post Office, you can visit Maclean, which is only about five kilometers away. Both Gulmarrad and Maclean share the same postcode, 2463.
