Hafsia Herzi, born on January 25, 1987, is a talented French actress and film director. She became well-known for her first movie role in The Secret of the Grain. For this role, she won the award for most promising actress at the César Awards 2008. She also received the Marcello Mastroianni Award at the 64th Venice International Film Festival. In 2025, Hafsia Herzi won the César Award for Best Actress for her work in the film Borgo.

Hafsia Herzi's family background is from Tunisia on her father's side and Algeria on her mother's side. She is the youngest of four children, having two brothers and one sister. Her sister's name is Dalila. Hafsia grew up in Marseille, France, where her mother lives.
