Hailey Frances Kilgore (born February 16, 1999) is a talented American actress and singer. She became well-known for her amazing performance as Ti Moune in the Broadway musical Once on This Island. For this role, when she was just 19, Hailey was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. This is one of the biggest awards in theatre!

Her Early Life and Start
Hailey Frances Kilgore was born in Humble, Texas. She was adopted when she was a baby by Rebecca and Eric Kilgore. Her family later moved to Happy Valley, Oregon.
When Hailey was nine, she started competing in pageants. She won some national titles, showing off her skills and confidence. In 2015, she won the Miss Oregon's Outstanding Teen competition.
Hailey went to Clackamas High School for two years. She then finished high school early through the Clackamas Web Academy. During high school, Hailey performed in many plays. She also took part in a monologue competition in New York. This helped her gain experience on stage.
Hailey made her first professional acting appearance in 2015. She played Rebecca Gibbs in Our Town at Portland Center Stage. The same year, she also appeared in Ain't Misbehavin'. Hailey was studying at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York when she got the role of Ti Moune in Once on This Island.
