Henry "Hank" Wilkins IV was born on December 13, 1954, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He is an American politician. He was a member of the Democratic party.
Wilkins served in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He also served in the Arkansas Senate. He worked to represent the people of Arkansas for many years.

Henry Wilkins IV was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. His parents were also involved in politics. His father, Henry Wilkins III, served in the Arkansas House of Representatives. His mother, Josetta Wilkins, also served in the House.
Wilkins attended several colleges. He earned his first degree from the University of Michigan. This university is located in Ann Arbor. He then studied at St. Paul Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Later, he earned a Ph.D. from Philander Smith College. He also received a Doctor of Laws degree. This degree came from The University of Arkansas System.
Political Career in Arkansas
Hank Wilkins served in the Arkansas state government. He was a member of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. These are parts of the state's law-making body.
Serving in the House
Wilkins first joined the Arkansas House of Representatives. This happened in January 1999. He served in the House until January 2001. After some time, he returned to the House. He represented District 17 from January 2011 to 2015.
