Henry "Hank" Wilkins IV (born December 13, 1954, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas) is an American politician. He is a member of the Democratic party. He used to be a part of the Arkansas House of Representatives.
Wilkins represented District 17 from January 2011 to 2015. Before that, he was a member of the Arkansas House from January 1999 to January 2001. He also served in the Arkansas Senate from January 2001 to January 2011. During his time in the Senate, he held seats for District 5 and District 8.

Early Life and Education
Hank Wilkins was born on December 13, 1954, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. His parents were also involved in politics. His father, Henry Wilkins III, served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1973 to 1991. His mother, Josetta Wilkins, served in the House from 1991 to 1998.
Wilkins went to several colleges. He earned his first degree, a Bachelor of Arts, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He then received his M.Div. from St. Paul Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Later, he earned his Ph.D. from Philander Smith College. He also received a Doctor of Laws degree from The University of Arkansas System.

Arkansas House of Representatives
- 1998 Election: Wilkins was first chosen for the Arkansas House of Representatives in 1998. He won both the Democratic Primary and the General Election on November 3, 1998.
Arkansas Senate
- 2000 Election: The Senate District 8 seat became open. Wilkins ran in the 2000 Democratic Primary and won. He did not have an opponent in the General Election on November 7, 2000.
- 2002 Election: After new district maps were drawn, Wilkins was in District 5. He ran unopposed in the 2002 Democratic Primary. He then won the General Election on November 5, 2002, against an Independent candidate named Jimmie Wilson.
- 2006 Election: Wilkins faced a challenge in the 2006 Democratic Primary but won. He then ran unopposed in the General Election on November 7, 2006.
Return to the House of Representatives
- 2010 Election: When Representative Stephanie Flowers ran for the Arkansas Senate, her House District 17 seat became open. Wilkins ran for this seat. He had no opponents in either the May 18, 2010 Democratic Primary or the November 2, 2010 General Election.
- 2012 Election: Wilkins ran again in 2012. He was unopposed in both the May 22, 2012 Democratic Primary and the November 6, 2012 General Election.
