Hanne Refsholt went to the Norwegian College of Agriculture. There, she earned a special degree called a Master in Agronomy. This degree taught her how to manage and lead businesses.
In 1988, Hanne started working at TINE. She worked in a team that did "research and development." This means they looked for new ideas and ways to make better products. She later became the director in charge of creating new products for TINE.
