Harold Ellis (born October 7, 1970) is a former American professional basketball player. He was a 6-foot-5-inch (1.96 m) shooting guard. Even though no NBA team chose him in the draft, he played in the NBA for three seasons.

Harold Ellis's Basketball Career
Harold Ellis started his professional basketball journey with the Quad City Thunder. This team was part of the CBA. He played there for two seasons.
Playing in the NBA
After his time in the CBA, Ellis joined the Los Angeles Clippers. He played for them from 1993 to 1995. Later, he returned to the NBA to play for the Denver Nuggets. This was during the 1997–98 season.
During his NBA career, Harold Ellis played in 145 games. He scored a total of 840 points. His best game was on January 14, 1994. As a player for the Clippers, he scored 29 points against the Boston Celtics.
Playing in Europe
Harold Ellis also played basketball in Europe. He joined teams in the Greek Basket League.
