Hawkgirl facts for kids
Hawkgirl is a super cool superheroine from the world of DC Comics! She's a brave character who appears in American comic books. The very first Hawkgirl was named Shiera Sanders Hall. She was created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Dennis Neville. Hawkgirl first flew into action in a comic book called Flash Comics #1, way back in January 1940. She is also a very important member of the famous superhero team, The Justice League.
Hawkgirl often teams up with another hero named Hawkman. They work together to fight crime and sometimes even have a special romantic relationship.
