Henderson Point is found on a narrow piece of land. This land stretches out into the water. It is right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. To its west and north is St. Louis Bay. The Gulf of Mexico is to its south. The city of Pass Christian is to its east.

Henderson Point is where the east end of the Bay St. Louis Bridge is located. This bridge carries U.S. Route 90 across St. Louis Bay. It connects Henderson Point to the city of Bay St. Louis. Bay St. Louis is in Hancock County.
