Herbert Blöcker (born January 1, 1943 – died February 15, 2014) was a talented German horse rider. He was born in Schleswig-Holstein, a region in Germany. Herbert Blöcker became famous for his skills in equestrianism, especially in a sport called eventing. Eventing is a challenging equestrian sport that tests a horse and rider in three different areas: dressage, cross-country, and show jumping.
