Herman is a town located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In the year 2000, about 2,044 people lived there. It is part of the larger Sheboygan area. The town is also home to Lakeland University, a college where students go to learn.

Communities in Herman
The town of Herman includes a few smaller areas called communities. These are not separate towns but are part of Herman.
- Ada is a small community found where WIS 32 and County Road EH meet. It is an unincorporated community, which means it does not have its own local government separate from the town of Herman.
- Edwards is another unincorporated community. It is located along WIS 42, just south of the border with Manitowoc County. Most of the buildings in Edwards are north of the Pigeon River.
- Franklin is an unincorporated community located north of where County Road A and County Road M cross. Lakeland University is located nearby on County Road M.
