This area is also known as Hickam Air Force Base. Part of the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is also within Hickam Housing.

Location and Size
Hickam Housing is located at 21°19′49″N 157°57′14″W / 21.33028°N 157.95389°W. It covers a total area of about 12.6 square kilometers (4.9 square miles). Most of this area is land, about 11.9 square kilometers (4.6 square miles). The rest, about 0.8 square kilometers (0.3 square miles), is water.

This community is found within Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam. It mainly sits on land that used to be Hickam Air Force Base. A smaller part was once part of Naval Station Pearl Harbor.
