Hideki Uchidate (内舘 秀樹, Uchidate Hideki, born January 15, 1974) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a defender for the Urawa Reds club for his entire professional career.

Hideki Uchidate was born in Saitama, Japan, on January 15, 1974. After finishing his studies at Sendai University, he joined his hometown club, Urawa Reds, in 1996.
Becoming a Key Player
From the year 2000, Hideki started playing in many matches for Urawa Reds. By 2002, he became a regular player. He often played as a left defender or a defensive midfielder.
Winning Trophies with Urawa Reds
Hideki was part of the Urawa Reds team that won several important championships:
- In 2003, the club won the 2003 J.League Cup.
- In 2005, they won the 2005 Emperor's Cup.
- In 2006, even though he often came on as a substitute, Hideki played in many games. That year, Urawa Reds won the J1 League, which is Japan's top football league.
