Jabulani Tsambo (born 14 September 1980 – died 24 October 2018) was a famous South African rapper. He was best known by his stage name Hip Hop Pantsula, often shortened to HHP. People also called him "Fatty."

HHP was born in Mafikeng, a town in the North West province of South Africa. He was known for performing his music in several different languages. However, he mostly sang in Setswana, which is a common language in South Africa.

He released many popular albums during his career. Some of his well-known albums include Introduction (2000), Maf Town (2001), O Mang? (2003), and YBA 2 NW (2005). Other successful albums were Acceptance Speech (2007), Dumela (2009), Motswafrika (2011), and Motswako High School (2014). HHP passed away on 24 October 2018 when he was 38 years old.
