Hiroki Mizuhara (水原 大樹, born January 15, 1975) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a goalkeeper for several clubs in Japan during his career. He was known for his long career, playing in different leagues from the top J1 League to regional leagues.

Hiroki Mizuhara's Football Journey
Hiroki Mizuhara was born in Heguri, Nara, Japan, on January 15, 1975. He started his professional football career after finishing high school. He joined Nagoya Grampus Eight in 1993.
Early Career and First Teams
Mizuhara made his first appearance for Nagoya Grampus Eight in 1995. However, he mostly played as a backup goalkeeper during his time there until 1998.
In 1999, he moved to Honda, a club in the Japan Football League (JFL). Here, he got to play in many matches, showing his skills as a goalkeeper.
Becoming a Regular Goalkeeper
In 2000, Mizuhara joined Yokohama FC, which was also in the JFL at the time. He became the team's main goalkeeper. That year, Yokohama FC won the JFL championship. This win helped the club get promoted to the J2 League in 2001. He continued to play regularly for Yokohama FC until 2003.
Time in the J1 League
In 2004, Mizuhara moved to Tokyo Verdy, a club in the top Japanese league, the J1 League. He played one J1 League match in 2005, which was his first J1 game in 10 years. However, he mostly remained a backup goalkeeper for Tokyo Verdy until 2006.
Later Career and Promotions
In 2007, Mizuhara joined New Wave Kitakyushu, a club in the Japanese Regional Leagues. He became the regular goalkeeper for this team. With his help, the club was promoted to the JFL in 2008 and then to the J2 League in 2010. He played many games for them until 2011.
In 2012, Mizuhara moved to Kamatamare Sanuki, another JFL club. He played a few matches there before announcing his retirement from professional football in February 2013.
However, he decided to play one more season. In May 2013, he joined Veertien Kuwana, a club in the Japanese Prefectural Leagues. He played for them for one season before ending his long football career.
