Hiroki Mizumoto (水本 裕貴, Mizumoto Hiroki, born 12 September 1985) is a Japanese former professional football player. He was known for playing as a centre back, which is a defensive position in football.

Club Career Highlights
Hiroki Mizumoto was born in Ise, Japan. After finishing high school, he joined a top Japanese football team called JEF United Ichihara. This team later changed its name to JEF United Chiba.
He made his first appearance in the J1 League, Japan's highest football league, on May 20, 2004. His first professional goal came on July 22, 2006, while playing against Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
In 2008, Hiroki moved to Gamba Osaka, another well-known club. Later that year, on June 23, 2008, he joined Kyoto Sanga FC. He then spent many years, from 2011 to 2020, playing for Sanfrecce Hiroshima. During his time there, he also played on loan for Matsumoto Yamaga and Machida Zelvia. In 2021, he officially joined Machida Zelvia, and in 2022, he played for SC Sagamihara.
Playing for Japan
Hiroki Mizumoto also played for Japan's national football teams. In June 2005, he was chosen for the Japan U-20 national team. This team played in the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship. He played every minute of all four matches in that tournament.
In August 2008, he was selected for the Japan U-23 national team. He even served as the captain for this team during the 2008 Summer Olympics. He played in all the matches at the Olympics.
Hiroki made his debut for the main senior national team on October 4, 2006. This was a friendly match against Ghana.
