Holiday City Communities

There are five different communities within Holiday City. Each one has its own group for homeowners and special things to do:

Silver Ridge Communities
In the Silver Ridge areas, the homes are also single-story and detached. They have an attached garage and are built on lots that are about 60 feet by 100 feet. The houses come in many different designs.
These homes often have a living room, dining room, and a kitchen where you can eat. They usually have one or two bedrooms and bathrooms. Some homes might also have family rooms, sun rooms, or outdoor spaces like patios and decks.
The Silver Ridge Park communities are for adults and have four separate parts. Each part has its own homeowners association and special features:

- Silver Ridge Park - Westerly Extension
- Silver Ridge Park North
