Holston Valley is a small, quiet place located in eastern Sullivan County, Tennessee. It's what's called an "unincorporated community," which means it's not officially a city or town with its own local government. Instead, it's part of the larger county area. You can find Holston Valley along two important roads: U.S. Route 421 and State Route 44, just southeast of the city of Bristol.
