Horia Brenciu (born Horea Augustus Brenciu on August 27, 1972, in Brașov, Romania) is a famous Romanian singer and TV host. He is also known as an entertainer and someone who helps others.

Horia studied at the National College Andrei Şaguna in Brașov. He then learned piano and singing at the Şcoala Populară de Artă Brașov. In 1998, he finished his studies at The Theater Academy in Bucharest.

At 18, Horia started his music journey. He sang and played piano with his band, "Apropo." In 1993, he began working in television. He hosted a popular show called Robingo on TVR. Later, he hosted kids' shows like TIP TOP MINITOP and KIKI RIKI MIKI from 1998 to 2001.

In 2002, Horia created his own company, HB Media. From 2004 to 2010, he planned big shows for New Year's Eve, like Stars on Mariott. Starting in 2003, he also created "Cabaret Nights at Hilton." These were fun cabaret shows that featured international and Romanian stars.

In 2002, Horia Brenciu started the HB Orchestra. This group has played for many artists in Romania. They have performed thousands of concerts. Today, the orchestra often performs with Julie Mayaya, who won Vocea României. They can be seen on Antena 1 in the show Serviciul Român de Comedie.

In 2007, Horia released his first album, 35. In 2008, he won awards from Radio Romania International. He was recognized as "The best male voice."

In 1997, Walt Disney Pictures Romania chose Horia to sing the main song for the animated series Aladdin. He also lent his voice to a character in the movie Happy Feet 2 and other animated films.
