Hornitos, Chile facts for kids
Hornitos is a small coastal town in Chile, located about 25 km (16 mi) north of Mejillones. It's also around 90 km (56 mi) north of Antofagasta, a larger city in Chile's Antofagasta Region. Even though Hornitos is part of the Mejillones area, most people who own homes there are from Antofagasta. The town has nearly 300 houses, but almost all of them are empty during the winter months.
