Huércal-Overa is a lively town in Spain, located in the Almería province. It is part of Andalusia, a large region in southern Spain. The town is close to the border with the Murcia province. In 2018, about 18,816 people lived there.
Huércal-Overa is found in the beautiful Valley of Almanzora. The town's economy mainly relies on farming. It is also the most important town in the Levante Almeriense area. Every year, the town celebrates its special fair on the third weekend of October.
