Huskvarna is a town in Sweden, located in the eastern part of Jönköping. It's in the Småland province. About 24,000 people live here. Huskvarna is about 5 kilometers (3 miles) from central Jönköping. Its name means "House Mill."
For many years, from 1911 to 1970, Huskvarna was its own city. But in the 1950s, it grew so much that it joined with Jönköping. Since 1971, it has been part of Jönköping Municipality.

Huskvarna has a long and interesting history. It started with a royal rifle factory in 1689. This factory made weapons for the Swedish army.
In 1757, the factory was sold to private owners. It kept making rifles for the Swedish and Norwegian armies. Over time, the company changed what it made. It started producing things like sewing machines and bicycles.
Today, this company is known as Husqvarna AB. It's a big international company. They now focus on making tools for gardening and outdoor work.
