Ian Rogers DuBose (born January 16, 1999) is an American professional basketball player. He currently plays for Manchester Basketball in the Super League Basketball (SLB). Before turning pro, Ian played college basketball for the Houston Baptist Huskies and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.

Early Life and School
Ian DuBose grew up in the United States. He went to the Ravenscroft School. While there, he was part of the National Honor Society. This group recognizes students who do well in their studies.
During his junior year, Ian scored about 15 points per game. He also made 2.6 assists per game. In his senior year, he improved a lot. He averaged 20.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game.
Many big college basketball teams did not try very hard to recruit Ian. They often saw him as a backup choice. But the Houston Baptist team really wanted him. Ian decided to join the Huskies in October 2019.
College Basketball Journey
Ian started every game in his first year of college. He played for Houston Baptist. He averaged 12.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
In his second year, Ian averaged 17 points per game. He also got 5.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists. He was very good at shooting from three-point range. He made 43.8 percent of his shots. Because of his great play, he was named to the Second Team All-Southland.
On January 2, 2020, Ian had an amazing game. He scored a career-high 44 points! He also grabbed 11 rebounds. This helped his team win a close game against Central Arkansas.
As a junior, Ian continued to shine. He averaged 19 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. For the second year in a row, he made the Second Team All-Southland. He also won an award for being a top student-athlete. He had a great grade point average of 3.84.
After his junior year, Ian decided to transfer. He moved to Wake Forest. He chose them over other big teams like NC State. Even when the coach changed, Ian stayed with the team. He talked with the new coach, Steve Forbes, and decided to stay.
During his senior year, Ian faced some challenges. He missed over two months of games. This was due to a COVID-19 shutdown and a health issue. He played 11 games that season. He averaged 10.9 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. After this season, Ian decided to become a professional player. He chose not to play another year in college.
Professional Basketball Career
On August 20, 2021, Ian DuBose signed his first professional contract. He joined the Kirchheim Knights team in Germany. They play in the German ProA league.
Later, Ian was picked in the 2021 NBA G League draft. The Fort Wayne Mad Ants chose him. But he was released from the team shortly after.
On November 23, Ian signed with BC Kolín. This team is in the Czech National Basketball League (NBL). In 2023, he moved to play for the Caledonia Gladiators.
Most recently, on December 12, 2024, Ian signed with Manchester Basketball. He now plays for them in the Super League Basketball.
