Iancu Țucărman (born October 30, 1922 – died January 8, 2021) was a Romanian engineer. He was also a survivor of a very difficult time in history called the Holocaust. He survived a terrible event known as the Iași pogrom. He was one of the last people to survive the "Death's Train." This train was used to transport Jewish people from Iași.

A Life of Survival and Courage

Iancu Țucărman was a Jewish Romanian. He was an agricultural engineer. This means he worked with farming and land. He is known for surviving the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a terrible time during World War II. Millions of Jewish people were persecuted and killed.

Surviving the Iași Pogrom
