Icon Bay is a tall apartment building located in the Edgewater area of Miami, Florida. It has about 300 apartments spread across 42 floors. The building was finished in 2015.
In exchange for using a part of a city street that leads to Biscayne Bay, the builders created a small public park. This park is a nice addition for everyone to enjoy. In 2016, Icon Bay was recognized as one of the best new skyscrapers in the world, earning sixth place in the annual Emporis awards.
