Ingeborg (born Ingeborg Thérèse Marguerite Sergeant, 15 October 1966) is a Belgian singer and television presenter. She is well-known for her music and for hosting many TV shows. She also represented Belgium in the 1989 Eurovision Song Contest.

Early Life and Training
Ingeborg was born in Menen, Belgium. She studied at the Studio Herman Teirlinck in Antwerp. This school helps young people learn how to sing and perform on stage.
One of her classmates was the Dutch singer Stef Bos. They worked together on projects. Ingeborg and some friends formed a group called Zwiep en Brons. They won a special jury prize at the 1988 Leids Cabaret Festival in Leiden, a city in the Netherlands.
Eurovision Song Contest
In 1989, Ingeborg's song "Door de wind" was chosen to represent Belgium. The title means "Through the Wind." This song was Belgium's entry in the 34th Eurovision Song Contest.
The contest took place on 6 May 1989 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Ingeborg's song finished in 19th place out of 22 countries.
Television Career
In 1990, Ingeborg started working as a presenter for the TV channel VTM. She hosted several popular shows. These included Blind Date, All You Need is Love, and Bluff!.
She became very famous as the host of the children's program Schuif Af!. She presented this show for many years, from 1990 until 2006.
Other Activities
Since 1999, Ingeborg has also worked as an instructor. She teaches yoga and meditation. These practices help people relax and focus.
