In 2007, a high-ranking official from Russia, Sergei Ivanov, visited a special learning center. This center, called a "Technopark," was at the Ufa State Aviation Technical University. It had lots of advanced equipment, including a small computer-controlled machine called a mini-CNC lathe from Intelitek. This Technopark was very special because it had equipment that no other facility in Russia had.
