The International Project Space (sometimes called IPS:Bournville) was an art gallery that showed modern art. It was located in Birmingham, England, at the Bournville Centre for Visual Arts. This center was part of Birmingham City University until 2013. Today, the building is used by the university's International College.

What Was the International Project Space?
The International Project Space was a special place where people could see exciting new art. It focused on contemporary art, which means art made in our time by living artists. The gallery aimed to show different kinds of art from both local artists in Birmingham and artists from all over the world.
A Place for New Art
The IPS opened in 2002. It had a busy schedule of exhibitions, which are like shows where artworks are displayed for people to see. Besides exhibitions, the IPS also hosted residencies. This is when artists are invited to stay and work at a place for a period, creating new art or developing their ideas. They also held conferences, which are meetings where people discuss art and new ideas.
Many talented artists showed their work at the International Project Space. Some well-known artists included Hans Aarsman, Bill Brandt, and Aleksandra Mir. Other artists like David Osbaldeston, Steve Claydon, Ian Kiaer & Sara Mackillop, FREEE, and Laure Provost also featured their creations there.

The gallery was in the Bournville area of Birmingham, England. It was part of the Bournville Centre for Visual Arts, which was a campus of Birmingham City University's Birmingham Institute of Art and Design. This made it a great spot for art students and the public to experience art.
